Welcome to our Pilates Wellness Events and Workshop page. These special occasions are designed to enrich your experience with us and your Pilates practise. Each event or workshop will centre on a theme we know will mean something to our members, blending mindful movement on the mat or in our apparatus studio with insightful talks from our studio team or visiting experts. These rejuvenating experiences will refresh both body and mind. Our goal is for you to leave each event feeling relaxed, informed, and even a few treats to take home.

MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS EVENT

MIND BODY AND SPIRIT EVENT.

Architect of Happiness is an exclusive Mind, Body & Spirit Members’ Event created to help you build your wellbeing from the ground up, with intention, clarity and confidence.

You’ll be guided through two immersive Pilates experiences, each revealing a different layer of your physical architecture. In one room, a flowing mat session will unfold like a blueprint in motion, exploring how strong foundations, intelligent structure and thoughtful transitions create a class that feels powerful and complete. In the other, we’ll zoom in on the feet your literal foundations in a focused workshop exploring the significance Joseph Pilates placed on footwork.

Then we shift from physical structure to psychological strength.

Our special guest, Rachel Atterbury, will introduce a powerful, psychological framework used to create the conditions for lasting wellbeing and peak potential. Through insight and a guided practical exercise, you’ll experience what it truly feels like to slow down, tune in, and give yourself permission to prioritise you.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, energised and equipped with a deeper understanding of how your everyday choices shape your happiness. Because the truth is… you are the architect of your life.
