Holistic Pelvic Core

Private matwork
If you're new to Pilates and have never tried it before, an initial one-on-one session on the mat is a great way to get started. We'll guide you through the fundamentals and help prepare you for a class setting. Alternatively, if you have a specific physical complaint that you'd like individual attention for outside of a class environment, we highly recommend booking a private session. During this session, we will work on a program tailored to your goals, which you can continue at home or apply to your classes.

If you are new to the Pilates reformer and apparatus, or if you prefer individualised, tailored sessions, we highly recommend booking a private session. During these sessions, we will take the time to help familiarise you with the equipment, work on any physical concerns you may have, and, if desired, prepare you for a class setting. This personalised approach ensures that you feel confident and comfortable.
